Five mins to Angel tube, twenty to the Barbican if your knees behave. You’ll be living with a charming mess of people: an Architect and a coder. All functional. Mostly.

Price: £1,600 (for a brief flirtation with stability, bills included). £50 pp for bi-weekly cleaner.
