Hi everyone!
I am sadly leaving this amazing house because I’ve recently started a new job near Battersea, and the commute is just a bit too far for me. If it weren't for the distance, I would have stayed here for a very long time!

✨ The House (Separate Large Living Room!)
The flat is located in a prime spot in Angel (N1), just a 5-minute walk from the station.

• Huge Living Space: One of the best parts of this house is the very large, separate living room. It’s perfect for relaxing, and since the kitchen is also separate, it stays fresh and quiet.

• Fully Equipped: The kitchen has everything you need—dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all the cutlery/crockery is already there.

• Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms in the flat, so it's very convenient.

🥂 Your Housemates
You’ll be sharing with four lovely professionals in their late 20s and early 30s: Jess, Victor, Matthew, and Caitlyn.
They are incredibly friendly, clean, and respectful. We occasionally have dinner together and even had a great Christmas party last year! Since everyone has different schedules and travels often, the house is generally quiet and the kitchen never feels crowded. We are looking for someone who is equally friendly and respectful.

🛠️ Landlord & Maintenance
Our landlord is wonderful and very responsive. Any issues or repairs are dealt with almost immediately.

📅 Viewings
• Weekdays: Evening viewings (after 6 PM).
• Weekends: Flexible all day.
