Room in 2-bed flat in Angel

I have a room coming free in my 2-bed flat in Angel. Move in 21/3/2026. I’ve been living here for the past year and love the flat and the area. Looking for someone who wants to move in for at least a year.

The flat is really nice, recently refurbished with a modern bathroom and open kitchen, living and dining area. The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe but you can get rid of them if you want your own furniture.

The flat is in centre of Angel. It’s a 3-minute walk to Angel tube station and right by a large Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose

I am 23 and work in consulting and am in the office full time so would be looking for someone in a similar professional situation and age.

I really value my space and living in a clean, tidy environment and so would be looking for someone who values this too and is considerate of the space

I’m looking for someone who is social, outgoing, up for a chat but also has their own social life and thing going on.

I enjoy cooking, running, having friends over and going out at the weekend.
