Hiya, looking to find someone to replace me in a lovely two floor split apartment in Angel. The flat is extremely central being a short l walk away from Farrington station (17 minutes) Angel station (7 minutes).
The flat benefits from a huge outside terrace which is self facing says extremely sunny.
The flat is on the top two floors of a three story Victorian building set on a beautiful old Victorian Street.
The room fits a double bed which I plan to leave in the room (I replaced the landlords old one with it). It’s a good quality John Lewis bed with an OTTY mattress. The room comes with storage i. e. wardrobe chest of drawers, space under the bed.
The flat benefits from its own living room with TV and sofa, bookshelves, desk for working etc.
One bathroom shared between the two of us, it has a bath :))
I’m moving out as I’m buying somewhere but very sad to be leaving as it’s a great flat and i have a lovely housemate
You’ll be sharing with 28 year old Patrick - he’s a civil servant and works from the office 5 days a week. he’s lovely, charming and favourite activities include swimming, reading and exploring the many lovely pubs in the neighbourhood.
The landlord is open to extending contract, but for now it should expire 27 August 2026.
Bills are around £200 a month
