We're looking for a female flatmate to move into a lovely double room with a private roof terrace in our 5-bedroom flat in Angel. It's available from Thursday 19th March.

About The Location:

The flat’s in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.

There are so many supermarkets (e. g. Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Whole Foods), gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other great amenities on our doorstep.

It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.

About The Flat:

It's a 5-bedroom flat, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender) and a large kitchen/living room area.

About The Available Bedroom:

The room's on the top floor of the flat.

Its unique selling point is that you'd have exclusive access to large private roof terrace, accessed by ladder. It's a brilliant spot for relaxing in the summer.

The room comes with a double bed and a desk. For storage, there are two cupboards in the room, plus a very large wardrobe in the hallway that's exclusively yours too.

The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,124.48.

This consists of:

• Rent – £937.58 (fixed until January 2027)

• Bills – £186.90 (subject to change); this includes high-speed broadband, utilities (electricity, water, gas), council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.

We're looking for someone who’s able to pay rent/bills from Thursday 19th March, even if you decide to move in at a later date.

The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We’ll require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £475.00 at a later date.

About Us:

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in finance, medical tech, internal communications, and marketing.

While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy chatting in the kitchen and going for drinks/meals together on occasion.

We're looking for a female flatmate (as we wish to maintain the current gender balance in the flat), who will treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You wouldn’t be a good fit for the flat if you’re a smoker, noisy on work nights, or a partier.

About The Viewings:

We’re hosting viewings on Saturday 28th February from 4.00-8.00pm. The viewings will be in-person only, not virtual.
