Bright Double Room in Angel

Hi everyone,

I’m moving out at the end of March as I’ve had the opportunity to move in with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in Angel. Please notice that you will be taking my current contract until mid September (830 per month), after that you will need to do a new contract with the landlord!
The flat is a three-bedroom house, and you’ll only be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.
The room includes:
Double bed
Built-in wardrobe
Bright and comfortable space

One of the best features of the house is the large south-facing terrace (approx. 2x3 metres), accessed through the kitchen and shared between the three of us. It gets loads of sunlight and is perfect for the warmer months coming up — we love spending time there when the weather is nice.

The location is honestly amazing. Angel is one of the most sought-after areas in London. You’ll be:
5 minutes’ walk from Regent’s Canal
7 minutes’ walk from Angel Station
14 minutes’ walk from Farringdon Station (with direct trains to most airports)
Less than 10 minutes from the shopping centre and large supermarkets

The girls living here are very friendly and respectful. They work quite a lot, so the house is usually calm and quiet during the week.
Bills are not included. But utilities (WiFi, electricity, gas and water) are approximately £60 each per month.
Council Tax is band E. (I’m currently a student so I don’t pay Council Tax, but this would apply to a professional tenant.)

I’m only leaving because of personal circumstances — otherwise I’d happily stay, as both the house and the area are fantastic.
