Double Room in Angel

We have a room coming available in late May/early June (one of our flatmates is getting married and moving out).

My name is Braeden, 32M from America and I work in consulting and events.

Adam, 28M from Australia is the other tenant works in finance.

You’ll also have a dog roommate as I brought my pup Josie over from the states. She is very chill around the house and we will sort out regular cleaners to make sure everything is well kept.

We both moved here a little over a year ago and met on spare room and honestly couldn’t have found a better situation - each of us has our own schedule and is a respectful roommate, but we also are all close friends now and spend time together on a night out occasionally.

We're a mixed gender household and would prefer a female housemate to maintain that balance as the dynamic has worked very well. The room that you'll be taking is our roommate Kevyah, 31F from South Africa, who is getting married. So that's where the vacancy comes from!

We are starting the search now but please be patient with our responses and scheduling as it’s quite a busy time for the house! We are really hoping for someone to come in and keep the good vibes going.

This is a 2 story flat near Angel station, with a full shared bath upstairs and a shared toilet downstairs as well. Full kitchen, dining room and shared living room. There is also a quaint private patio/garden stocked with a BBQ!

£1266 per month, council tax included. Bills are split evenly and are roughly £100-150 pp.
