Double Room in Angel

My name is Braeden, 32M from America and I work in consulting and events.

Adam, 28M from Australia is the other tenant works in finance.

You’ll also have a dog roommate as I brought my pup Josie over. She is very chill around the house and we will sort out regular cleaners to make sure everything is well kept.

We both moved here a little over a year ago and met on spare room and honestly couldn’t have found a better situation - each of us has our own schedule and is a respectful roommate, but we also are all close friends now and spend some time together on a night out occasionally.

We are really hoping for someone to come in and keep the good vibes going. Preferably a female to keep the balance in the house as that’s been the dynamic for a year and it’s worked very well. We are starting the search now but please be patient with our responses and scheduling as it’s quite a busy time for the house!

We have a room coming available in late May/early June (one of our flatmates is getting married and moving out).

This is a 2 story flat near Angel station, with a full bath upstairs that we all share and a toilet downstairs as well. Full kitchen, dining room and shared living room. There is also a quaint private patio/garden stocked with a BBQ!

£1266 per month includes council tax. Bills are split evenly and are roughly £100-150 pp.
