Located in a quiet street off from Essex road with a Tesco at the end of the road (30 seconds) and Upper Street 8 minute walk away.

The flat is furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, fridge, couches, tables) with enough storage space for a large family!

You’ll be sharing with myself (Aussie, female, non-smoker, 29, working in financial services and in the office 5 days) who loves Arsenal, cycling and coffee. I’m often at the gym/out most weekday evenings but always happy to hangout when around. I’ve lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it.

Hoping to find a flatmate who is around the same age, female, non-smoker, tidy and (ideally) has already lived in a 2 bed flat previously.

Move in date is June 1 and inspections will be held the weekend April 11-12th.

Essex road station is 2 mins away.
Angel station is 15 mins away.
Highbury and Islington is 15 mins away.
Multiple bus routes stops (runs 24 hours) 1 min away.

Rent excludes bills and council tax (currently £86 pcm). You’ll be added to the lease with myself. There is a 1 month deposit needed and you will need to go through required rental checks beforehand.
