My roommate is moving out of her room, so I’m looking for a lovely person to move in.

It’s a large double room with an ensuite (includes a built-in wardrobe and has room for a desk) for £1,425 a month plus bills, in Clerkenwell/Angel.

The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a living room, small kitchen and under-floor heating throughout. The flat is right near Exmouth Market, Sadler’s Wells and Upper Street and is only a short walk to Angel and Farringdon stations. It also has lovely views overlooking communal gardens which we’re able to use.

Rent is inclusive of TV, internet, water and service charges. Electricity and council tax are excluded (council tax is £128 each) and electricity ranges from £70 - £95 each).

I’m looking for someone clean, easygoing, and considerate. Ideally, someone who enjoys their own space but is also happy to catch up for a chat.
