I'm moving back to America and so unfortunately have to part with my room in the best flat I've ever lived in.

You get a very large room in a 2-bed flat in the heart of Islington, 10 minutes' walk from Angel station (Northern line).

The flat has double-height ceilings, a full exposed brick wall, wood floors, and a glass-block window in the living room. Kitchen has black granite worktops and a large island. Includes a large shower, washer/dryer, and more. The bedroom fits a double bed comfortably and comes with a chest of drawers, cast-iron radiator, and built-in AC unit.

All bills but council tax are covered and all furniture is included.

Your roommate will be a mid-20s young professional. He's clean, kind, and very respectful of your space.
