Bright and spacious double room in Angel!

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate female flatmate to take over a bright and spacious double room in our lovely shared home in Angel. The house is split across multiple floors, with a generous living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom, all kept clean and well-maintained. The room itself gets plenty of natural light and has enough space for both sleeping and working comfortably.

You’ll be living with three other women who are all working professionals. The household has a relaxed, respectful vibe — we enjoy occasional chats or shared meals but also value our own space and downtime. Everyone is mindful of keeping communal areas tidy and maintaining a calm, welcoming environment.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easygoing, and who appreciates a balance between socialising and personal space. This would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful home rather than a party house, and who is happy to contribute to a positive, considerate shared living dynamic.

You'll be walking distance to the Angel shopping area with access to a big Sainsbury, Waitrose, M&S and more. There are plenty of small local shops nearby and the house is located near Regent's Canal.

1. The rent is listed as £1055 but is currently under negotiation with the landlord (£1055 will be the highest amount).

4. There are two bathrooms in the property with two people sharing one bathroom each.
