Double room (N1)

I am moving out of this lovely 3-bed, central London flat on 26 June.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

The flat is a top-floor duplex apartment in a warehouse conversion, with the room on the upper floor of the duplex. There is an open-plan area on the lower floor and the apartment has loads of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows.

You'd be sharing with Stef from Greece and Artur from Latvia. We mostly enjoy the flat as a quiet, chilled space to recharge from the buzz of London living! There is a fortnightly cleaner and we value keeping the place tidy between cleans.

There is also a shared bathroom between you and Artur, each gets their own shower.

THE ROOM

The room only comes semi-furnished, the bed is not included. The wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables are included. A desk can be negotiated for inclusion if you're interested.

Rent gets deducted by direct deposit at the start of each month. Move in date would be Saturday, 27 June.

LOCATION:

The location is fantastic, slap bang in the middle of Islington, Hackney and Shoreditch. De Beauvoir is nearby and the flat is a stones throw from regents canal and Shoreditch Park. A short walk to Dalston, Brick Lane, Broadway market, Angel’s Upper Street or Barbican and the City. A few incredible bakery’s within 10 mins walk (Popham’s, Quince bakery, Jolene’s).

It is also about a 10 min walk to Old Street and 15 mins to Angel stations (Northern line), 20 mins walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line), 20 mins walk from Hoxton (Overground).

Bills:
Bills include all the usuals plus a fortnightly cleaner and come in at around £140 pp per month

The current lease runs to 30 November 2026, and amendment would involve a £50 fee and name change subbing me out for you to be on it with Stef and Artur.
