Beautiful Double bed room in a 3 person flat

We’ve got a double bedroom in our new 3-bed flat in Angel N1, with a private south-west facing balcony and lovely communal gardens on the canal below. The flat literally looks onto the canal, has an open plan living space, and the bedroom has a huge built in wardrobe.

The place is really nice and has just been done up by the landlord so fresh paint and carpets. It’s in a purpose built flat building, is 3rd floor so nice views and lots of natural light, and has a reception and bike storage.

About us:

You’d be living with Hannah (25, works in music) and my friend Alex (28, work in climate and music in a few different roles). Me and Hannah have been mates for a few years now but we haven’t moved into this place yet! We move in 4th May (can be flex by a few days but sooner the better). So we’re looking for someone who wants to join us. That’s also why the pics are from an estate agent listing lol.

We both love music, art, film, food, seeing gigs, doing fun creative stuff. We occasionally go out but mostly are very wholesome, and want this space to be a calm and fun sanctuary from London. 🌞

We have a vision for this place. Think: records, plants, a projector instead of a TV, a lil herb garden etc. We’re looking for someone especially lovely who’s into this vibe! We’re not looking for anyone who just wants to share a place and be passing ships, basically. Ofc, we all like our own space too - goes without saying. I’m out a lot seeing gigs/friends, and Hannah is similar.
