Room in great Angel/Kings Cross apt - short term

I've got a room available in my 2-bedroom flat on Amwell Street - a lovely quiet street in a brilliant central location.

You're a few minutes from Angel, Exmouth Market, Sadler's Wells, and the canal, with Kings Cross/St Pancras (and the Eurostar) just down the road. Plenty of good cafés, restaurants, and pubs on the doorstep.

It's a comfortable, well-sized flat and you're welcome to take whichever of the two bedrooms you prefer.

A few things to be upfront about:

- Short term - roughly 3–6 months as I am planning to sell the flat.
- There'll be occasional viewings with estate agents (always with notice).
- My wife and I will use the other bedroom now and then when we're in London, but we'll mostly be travelling in Europe, so you'll often have the place to yourself.

Looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and professional who'd appreciate the location and the space.

Price includes bills excluding gas and electric (depends on usage).
