The Exmouth Market, with Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese restaurants and cute cafes/shops, is only 6 minute walk from the flat. 10 minute walk from Regent’s Canal, ideal for a relaxing stroll. There are many lovely and homey pubs, as well as trendy restaurants and bakeries (Jolene, Pophams, Buns from Home) nearby.
The rent includes heating and council tax.
Other bills come up to £50 pcm. The cost of common household essentials is divided using Splitwise.
