One double room available in a 4 bed flatshare.

The flat has one kitchen, a blacony, one full bathroom and one separate toilet. I have changed the layout of the furniture in the room because I was bored so currently the wardrobe is next to the bed.

The flat is ideally located just 10-12 minutes walk from the Farringdon station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith line, Circle line) and Angel station (Northern line).

Sainsbury’s local is a 4 minute walk away. You will also be just a 10 minute walk away from Islington High Street, which has the big Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, H&M, Uniqlo, and more. The Exmouth Market, with Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese restaurants and cute cafes/shops, is only 6 minute walk from the flat. 10 minute walk from Regent’s Canal, ideal for a relaxing stroll. There are many lovely and homey pubs, as well as trendy restaurants and bakeries (Jolene, Pophams, Buns from Home) nearby.

The rent includes heating and council tax.
Other bills come up to £50 pcm. The cost of common household essentials is divided using Splitwise.

Important - The move in date is 20 May 2026. The current contract ends on 31 July 2026. This is not a sublet but a tenancy replacement so your name will be added on the current contract. You can also sign up for the new contract after 31 July if you wish to do so.

As per the current contract, we used to pay rent quarterly in advance. This means that I have already paid the rent for May-July and therefore you will pay the remaining rent to me directly as well as the deposit mentioned below. With the Renters Right Act 2026, the new contract will change and become monthly rolling after 31 July.
