I have a double room available in my flat in Angel, N1 7GH from 1st July!

It’s a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with a large open-plan living/kitchen area and a private balcony with lovely views. The building is new with a lift, concierge, and a gym (included in the rent!). There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. There’s a nice park just nearby and a shop and cute pub around the corner.

The bright and cozy room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious built-in wardrobe! You’ll also have your own bathroom!

💃 About Me
You’d be living with me, Milly! I’m 24, from the US, and I moved to London about two years ago. I work in the City, and I love hiking, Pilates, and exploring new parts of London on weekends!

I’m looking for a female-identifying flatmate, 21+, no pets or couples. Ideally someone tidy, friendly, and easy-going!

• 15 min walk to Angel station (Northern line)

• Bus stop right outside: buses 43, 19, 38, 341, 271, N41 🚌

• Lots of cafes, restaurants, gyms, and shops nearby with Angel high street just around the corner☕

• Near Regent’s canal!

• Rent is £1,600 per month

• Bills are around (around £75 per month)

• Long-term rental preferred but flexible
