You’ll be sharing with 4 super clean respectable professionals who are lovely and often do drinks/hang out but enjoy our own space too.

There is 1 full shared bathroom and another room with a shower, so 1 toilet 2 showers.

Bills ~ £100

The landlord is happy to transfer my place on the tenancy directly, our tenancy ends August 31st (this is not a sublet), so at that point you can sign a new agreement as we’ve done in past years.
