Double Ensuite Room Available in Islington

I’m moving out of a beautiful house that I spent 2 years living in. The house is >1500 sq ft spread across 3 floors, with 4 bathrooms and a small private garden/patio area in the middle of the house.

The room in question is massive, with it’s own ensuite (see the marked bedroom on floorplan) and on its own side of the house so has lots of privacy.

The housemates that will stay are two guys and one girl. They’re lot’s of fun and always hang out together (and are very tidy people).

Bills tend to be £130-150p. m incl. council tax.

Move-in date would ideally be around 25 August, but can accommodate any time from 2 August - 1 September
