Sunny Double in Angel Flatshare

Hey! Looking for someone (no students, sorry!) to replace me in a lease takeover for my spacious double room in a super central flat at the start of August.

We’re looking for someone tidy and full- time employed, who’s keen to be friends and make a home rather than just a houseshare. We love evening balcony spritzes and impromptu movie nights, among other good things, and would love someone who wants to be part of it.

The room has a big window so it gets lots of light (the sun sets on this side, so it’s gorgeous in the evening) and comes fully furnished with a double bed, three-door wardrobe, mirror, desk and chair. The flat has a full kitchen, separate living room, and a balcony. You’d be sharing with two other girls (25-30, one British and one Kiwi, both really lovely!).

Move-in: August 2nd
Rent: £1,150 (slightly less for August as it’s a partial sublet, and your lease takeover agreement formally starts for September)
Deposit: £1,269 (5 weeks standard)
Bills: approx £160 (council tax, water, Octopus, wifi)
Term: rolling contract, though ideally 6mo or longer

Location:
Angel/Islington. There are loads of coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants in the area. And lest you forget you’re in London, my personal favourite part is you can see St. Paul’s and The Shard from the balcony!

- 6min walk straight to Angel station for the Northern line
- 15min walk to Farringdon for Thameslink and Metro/Circle/Hammersmith lines
- 20min walk (or like 10mins on the bus) to Kings Cross to get literally everywhere else.
- Numerous buses stop nearby, including the N19 night bus that drops you right at the flat.
