Spacious Double Room in Angel

Sadly I am moving out to live with some girlfriends so I have an amazing double room available in our beautiful town house in Angel. We're planning the viewings this/next week!

-- About the room --
This is a bright double room. The room includes all the essentials such as a double-sized bed and a wardrobe/two chest of draws and a desk.

--The bills --
Already included in the price per month (slight vary in Winter but minimal). It includes weekly cleaning of common spaces, bedrooms & bathrooms, council tax (E), TV license, gas & electricity.

-- The property --
The house is huge with a large kitchen and dining space, 2 main bathrooms (you would be sharing with 1 other) and a great back garden which is perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer!

We're super close to central Angel (3 min walk to station) with all of the bars, shops, and restaurants and a big Sainsbury's/M&S/Waitrose only 5 mins walk away. Camden Passage is also a 5 min walk, and Upper Street/Essex Road a 10 min walk. Regent's Canal is less than a 10 min walk away.

-- The household --
We're a mixed bunch with different interests but we all get on really well, have our own lives but go out for pints/nights out together!
