Double room in 2-bed flat in Angel 🌟

hi hi :) my lovely flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to fill her room in our 2-bed flat in Angel.

🏡 The Flat
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony. We’re on the third floor and all the rooms face south east, so we get lots of nice natural light.

Accessibility: There’s a lift that will take you directly from the ground floor to the third floor, or alternatively 3 flights of stairs. There is also a heavy gate at the building entrance.

- 7min walk to Angel station
- 15min walk to Highbury & Islington station
The flat is really well located, with loads of cute little shops, restaurants and nice pubs right on our doorstep. It can get a little noisy at times as we’re on a main street, so if you’re looking for somewhere super quiet, this might not be the best fit. Otherwise, it’s a great spot with plenty to do nearby!

I’m a 25-year-old motion designer from Portugal, though I’ve been living in the UK for the past seven years. I love going to the cinema, having friends over for dinner, and spending time outdoors (when the London weather allows). I work from home just one day a week, so I’m out and about most of the time. I really value having a flat that’s clean, comfortable, and feels like a proper home.

💫 About You
I’m looking for a sociable flatmate who’s up for the occasional spontaneous trip to the pub across the road or a cosy movie night in, while also having their own life and interests. I really value my downtime and always respect other people’s space, but it’d be great to live with someone who’s keen to become friends rather than simply share a flat. Ideally, you’ll be in your mid-to-late 20s, and be in full-time employment (for reference check purposes).
