Beautiful, modern, and clean en-suite room available in a great location in Angel from 7 September 2026. The Angel tube station is just a 7 minute walk away and the Barbican tube station is around a 15-20min walk away. Upper Street, Old Street and Exmouth Market are all within a 20min walk.

The room is spacious with plenty of room for a home office setup (desk and chair in the pictures not included with the room). The mattress has been replaced 2 years ago and is very comfortable. You would have your own en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower. The flat also includes another bathroom, which is shared by the two other tenants.

The flat includes a shared open plan kitchen/living room. The room gets lots of natural light and has access to a balcony. There is also a rooftop terrace in the building, which is free to use for barbecues, get-togethers or just tanning and reading.

You would be sharing the flat with two young professionals in their mid twenties, both working at Google. Justin is an American product manager working on Google's health wearables team and Tadele is an Ethiopian software engineer in Google's cloud team. Both have been living in London for almost a year and enjoy exploring London, meeting new people, running, sports, going to live music gigs, and reading. They are both very easygoing and pleasant to live with. Both are eager to do activities together as a flat but are also equally happy to respect your space and have a quiet night in. We are looking for someone likeminded.

The landlord is also excellent and fixes and replaces broken furniture and appliances very quickly. There is also no need to deal with annoying letting agents as you have direct contact with the landlord.

The monthly bills per person amount to about £140 a month (includes a high-speed full fibre internet, electricity, water and council tax). In addition, the gas bill is paid once per year as a lump sum of £417 per person.
