2B2B / 3B2B / 3B3B, most rooms come with ensuite bathroom
Total budget: max £2700 pcm for 2‑bed, max £4000 pcm for 3‑bed.
All properties are within 30‑minute commute to King’s‑Cross.

I also have a favourite private 3‑bed 3‑bath townhouse which I won’t post publicly, will share in private chat.

✅ Expectations:
‑ Prefer full‑time students studying around King’s‑Cross
‑ If you are working, you need to cover full council tax by yourself
‑ Clean, respectful, easy‑going, willing to discuss room allocation and rent split fairly
