We’re looking for a lovely female flatmate to join our cosy 3-bedroom flat in Angel from 1st October 2026! 🏡✨

The room is a really good-sized double with loads of storage and a nice desk, so there’s plenty of space for all your things (and yes, we know how important wardrobe space is 😂).

It’s £1,095/month excluding bills.

💕 A little about us

There are currently two of us living here — we’re both professional girls working in the built environment. I’m an architect 🏛️ and Sarah works in joinery & construction 🛠️.

We’re friendly, clean and respectful, and we’d love someone who is similar! We’re definitely not looking for a super-serious “everyone stays in their room and never speaks” situation 😂 — it would be lovely to have a home where we can have a chat, grab a drink, cook together occasionally or just do our own thing when we need some downtime.

Basically, friendly flatmate vibes, but everyone still has their own life 💗

The flat is on the corner of Nelsons Terrace & City Road, and you’re basically surrounded by everything you could need.
