We're looking for a male flatmate to move into a great double room in our 5-bedroom flat in Angel. It's available from Sunday 4th October.
About The Location:
The flat’s in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.
There are so many supermarkets (e. g. Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Whole Foods), gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities on our doorstep.
It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.
About The Flat:
It's a 5-bedroom flat, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender) and a large kitchen/living room area.
About The Available Bedroom:
The room's on the second floor of the flat, close to the men’s bathroom.
The room comes with a double bed.
The departing flatmate has a clothes rack and one small and one medium chest of drawers that he can sell to you cheaply if you wish.
The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,154.47.
This consists of:
• Rent – £990.77 (fixed until January 2027)
• Bills – £163.70 (subject to change); this includes high-
speed broadband, utilities (electricity, water, gas), council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
We're looking for someone who’s able to pay rent/bills from Sunday 4th October, even if you decide to move in at a later date.
The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We’ll require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £475.00 at a later date.

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in finance, consulting, communications, and marketing.
While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy chatting in the kitchen and going for drinks/meals together on occasion.
We're looking for a male flatmate (as we wish to maintain the current gender balance in the flat), who will treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You wouldn’t be a good fit for the flat if you’re a smoker, noisy on work nights, a partier, or looking for a short-term rental.
