Bright double room in Angel

Relocating to the US and am looking for a young professional (females preferred) to take over my room in a HUGE bright 3 bed / 2 bath in Angel. Room includes sliding door with Juliet balcony, two massive closets, under bed storage, and room for a desk. Bathroom is shared with one other person. In unit laundry, hardwood floors, underfloor heating, balcony, and large shared common space (corner unit so it gets a ton of natural light). Bike storage in the basement. I’ve lived here for four years and have absolutely loved it - the landlord is super nice and responsive, the building and area is quiet, and the location is prime (borders clerkenwell, 10 minute walk to both Exmouth Market, Regent’s canal, and upper street).

I have two female flatmates in their late 20’s/early 30’s (one Brit, one American) who both work full time mainly from the office.

Lease is currently month to month with a 2 month notice period.

Current rent is £1210/mo not including bills; council tax/water/electric/WiFi ~ £150pp
