My flatmate has recently moved out, so I'm looking for someone to join me in this spacious, modern two-bed, two-bath flat in the Saddler Building, 24 Wharf Road, N1. The room is available immediately.

About me
I'm 32, originally from Canada, and have lived in the UK for six years. I work in finance with long hours (roughly 9am to 10pm on weekdays) and travel a lot for work, so much of the time you'll have what's basically a one-bedroom flat to yourself.

Monthly rent is about 20% below market for this flat. Whoever moves in will be added to the lease now.
