Double Room in Angel, right by the tube.

Hey! I’m moving out of my flat on Upper Street in Angel and need someone to take my room from the beginning of January 2027.

The flat is a 3-bed split over two floors: bedrooms and a bathroom (bath & shower) upstairs, big shared living room, spacious kitchen and a separate toilet downstairs. Room’s a cosy double and unfurnished but the rest of the flat’s sorted.

Location is honestly unbeatable:

🚇Essex Road Station ~ 10 min walk
🚇Highbury & Islington Station ~ 18 min walk

The flat is a short (<5 min) walk from Regents canal, Camden passage and is on Upper Street so is close by to lots of great restaurants, pubs and shops.

I currently live with two friends from uni (1 guy, 1 girl), we’re all working full time and have partners who are round a few times a week. We’re friendly, do the odd pub trip or dinner together, but nobody’s precious about it - sometimes people are working late or just want a quiet night so the flat’s not always rammed.

Looking for someone easy going who’ll happily have a chat in the kitchen and is open and friendly. We’re not really a party flat - happy to have people round for a drink or dinner now and then, but nothing wild.
