We are renting out the lower ground floor of our town house in Angel, very close to the tube station.

The flat has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and nice double bedroom and smaller lounge room. It comes fully furnished. The lounge room has french windows on to the garden which we share.

Bills for utilities are charged at £75 per month. Phone and internet is an additional charge per month depending on usage but there is a landline and broadband wireless internet set up ready for use.

The flat is available immediately for short or long term lets.
