Room available for rent from 1st of March 2016- Bills all inclusive in price. Flat share located between Angel and Barbican station. We are one couple, one boy and a girl (22-24) professionals from the UK looking for a flatmate.

Location: we are right next to City university for any students.
However, we are also close to tube stations, Angel, Barbican,
Farringdon and Old Street. Shoreditch is also about 15 min walk. We have a local Waitrose, Tesco's and Sainsbury's.

Room: It is fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, 2 drawers and a desk with a chair. Flat: There is a lovely fully fitted kitchen and common area with dining table, and TV. We have one bathroom with separate toilet.

There is also a balcony with views across London.
