The building is located on the edge of the congestion charge zone and rental includes free permit to park one designated car on private forecourt (unreserved).

Less than 10mn walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras tube/train/Eurostar stations. 5mn walk from Angel tube station. Bus lines 205, 214, 30, 394, 476 & 73 stop in front of the building. 19, 38, 4, 43, 63 & more stop within 5mn walk. Tesco Express downstairs.
