Large room with ensuite 5mins to Angel Station

Large room with ensuite shower in spacious double story flat in convenient location only minutes from Angel station. While the flat is located in a quiet location, Upper Street is close by with many bars, restaurants, shopping etc. Large supermarkets and chapel market (with farmers market on Sundays) only a couple of blocks away. The Regent canal is also close by and is great for running or weekend walks to East London/Camden etc.

The flat is spread across two floors. The upper floor is equipped with large kitchen, a dining area and a living area with a large TV and playstation. Downstairs are three bedrooms- the room up for rent is the largest of the three and has a separate en-suite bathroom.

The flat has a laid-back environment with one female and one male - both young professionals (a Canadian aged 28 and a Singaporean aged 24). Mid week we do our own thing or sometimes relax watching TV or eat out together and on weekends we have the occasional flat activity. We are looking for somebody busy, but who would also want to join in on our flat activities!

I am very sad to be leaving the flat having been here for one year - the location is awesome and the flatmates are always up for exploring the area and finding new things to do - of which there is always plenty!

Move in date can be discussed but ideally no later than 13th of September.
