Huge Room in bright maisonnette on Oct 15th!

Hello!

I have called this lovely apartment a home for the past 4 years and have been lucky to get to know London based in one of the prettiest most vibrant areas of this city-Angel!

Sadly I have to leave it to move on to new challenges and so we are looking for a replacement to take over my share of the lease. My room is huge with views of the sky when lay in bed.

The current flatmate is a lovely Spanish girl who likes to cook and chill out with her flatmates, share dinner and movie nights. She is clean and very easygoing.
Celia is not too fused on who will replace me as she will leave the flat when our lease is up on Dec 5th. As long as you are respectful and clean it should be all good. This means you can find your next dream flatmate to replace Celia onwards.

About the flat and area:
It is bright, quiet and spacious with Wooden floors. We have a shared terrace with our lovely Italian neighbours which we’ve used a lot during lockdown! The flat is over 2 floors which makes it spacious with a large living room with a separate kitchen. The kitchen and the bathroom are brand new which makes cooking/baking a joy!

On your doorstep you have a butcher, a fruit&veggie market and a fishmonger. Planet Organic store and Virgin Active gym only mins away! You are just a 7-10 min walk from big stores like Waitrose, M&S, Tescos and Angel shopping mall. Needless to describe it but in Angel you have the best combination of youthful buzz with a residential feel to it. Upper street holds a wide range of cafes and restaurants to enjoy a night out with friends, on Essex road you have couple of bars to grab an easy beer with your flatmate or go out in the weekends. Even if you would just like to go for a relaxed walk you can enjoy window shopping in Camden Passage and a stroll along Regents Canal located 10 mins from the flat. Lively Shoreditch and hip Dalston are just 15 mins away with the bus. Central London is easy to access via bus from under our flat or with the tube. Angel Station is just a 7 min walk.

IMPORTANT! As the flat originally came unfurnished there is £200 to pay for the sofa and dinning room table which me and my flatmate bought together and some of the furnishings in the bedroom (mattress, chest drawers, shoe rack...). That you can sell to the next one if you have to leave the flat in the future.
Agency fee is £135.
The room is available from Oct 15th but I’m happy to extend to Nov 1st if really needed.
