Room available in central London

Hi,
I hope you’re well. I just wanted to let you know that a room in my flat will be available from mid-July, as my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. We’ve had a lovely time living together, and she’d be more than happy to share her feedback about the flat and what it’s like to live here.
I’m looking for a new flatmate who values a respectful and considerate home environment. To me, mutual respect is what makes a flat feel comfortable and welcoming, and I’d love to find someone who sees the place as more than just somewhere to stay — somewhere they can truly feel at home.
