Room available in central London

Heya,

I am reaching out to let you know that a room in my flat will become available from mid of August, as my friend she will be relocating to Geneva, Switzerland, for work-related reasons. She is originally from the United States, and we have shared a wonderful living experience together. If you are interested, she would be more than happy to provide feedback about her time living here and offer her perspective on what it’s like to share the space.

I am now looking for a new flatmate(friend),who values a respectful and considerate living environment, as I believe mutual respect is the foundation of a harmonious home. Ideally, I would love to find someone who treats the flat not simply as a temporary place to stay, but as their home—a space where they feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely at ease.
