Double room to rent in Angel

Hi there

I am moving out of my beautiful little flat in the heart of Islington and am looking for somebody to take my room.

The room is a nice size double, with plenty of light. The room will be part furnished, with a large chest of drawers (which feature in the photo of the living room) and possibly the clothes rail. I am afraid a bed will need to be purchased as the current one is coming with me! The flat has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

I live with Vicky (25) and Lucy (24). Vicky works in sales for a retail consultancy firm and Lucy is a trainee solicitor. Both are very outgoing and friendly and thoroughly enjoy socialising, cooking etc.

The flat is situated in a quiet, gated development, 1 minute walk from Upper Street where there are hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops.

It is a 3 minute walk to Essex Road Station, 5 minute walk to Highbury and Islington Station and 10 minute walk to Angel station. There are also a number of bus transport links 1 minute from the flat.

The room costs £794 PCM plus bills (which amount to approx. £80 - £100PCM).

The deposit is £1,100 to be paid upfront.

We are looking for a young professional(no students, sorry!) to replace me and enjoy living in the property as much as I have!
