Friendly postgrad house with garden

We are looking for a new housemate, preferably young professional or postgraduate student, to move into this lovely house in Arnos Grove/New Southgate area.

The available room is the biggest in the house, on the ground floor and is furnished. You'll be sharing with two postgrad students, myself and Alex. I moved here September 2019 to do a PhD in neuroscience, and Alex started her PhD in chemistry in September 2020. Currently I work from home but will start going into uni in the summer on a fairly regular 9-5 schedule. I like to relax in evenings watching TV and having a catch up, and play for a local hockey team at the weekends.

The house is spacious with an open kitchen/living area, utility room with washing machine, freezer and extra storage space, bathroom and spare room upstairs also for storage or having friends stay over. There is a nice garden and patio which is great for BBQs!

We live in a quiet residential street and have a local M&S Food, Sainsburys and Co-op within 5 mins walk, as well as several grocery stores, delis and cafes. There is a lovely pub near Arnos Grove station and several nice parks nearby.
It's a short train ride to the shops/cinema at Wood Green and all the events/greenery of Alexandra Palace. The house is 10 mins walk from Arnos Grove station (Piccadilly line) and 5 mins walk from New Southgate National Rail.
Buses go from the end of the road down to the station in a couple mins. Several more have stops very close by, N91 night bus into central London and others going over to Finchley and Hendon. There is free street parking outside the house.

Rent is £533.33 per month, plus bills that usually come to about £30 per month each, including gas, electric, water and internet.
