We are looking preferably for female only lodger to rent a en-suite room starting as soon as possible .The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers.

The house is a 3-bed semi detached on a quiet and safe street in Arnos Grove, 5 minute walk away from the nearest bus stop and 15 min walk to Arnos Grove underground station.

The house is clean, spacious, and homely. The lounge, kitchen, dining room, and garden are shared and available to use, as and when required. Off-street parking is available, though parking on the street is free.

The rent is £1040 per calendar. This is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, water, TV license, Council Tax, broadband )but excludes food, toiletries and contents.

You would be sharing with two professionals, who are easy-going, tidy, respectful, and sensitive to the needs and privacy of others. We also have a 3 year toddler, who attends nursery during the week.
