Unfortunately I am leaving my place that I called home for the past 2+ years and my room will be available from the 31st of October for someone to take over my contract. I am aware that this is quick turnaround and I have to respectfully find a suitable person in a short amount of time.

It is a very cosy and quiet place to call home and the other 2 tenants are also girls - Gabby (25yo) and Roxanne (30yo) who are very friendly and social but do respect privacy and peaceful and quiet household. They are both professionals and are looking for someone friendly and sensible that is a good communicator and enjoys a movie night from time to time.

There are 4 rooms in the house and a shared living room, there are 3 people in total living in and a spare room for storage. The house is a 2 floor with a shared bathroom and a private toilet that can be used by the person taking over my room. There is also a big and beautiful garden in which i used to spend all of the summer to sunbath 🌞

The house is located in a residential area just a couple of minutes away from the Arnos Grove Station which has great connections to Central London (25 minutes away from Covent Garden) and plenty of amenities like Sainsbury’s, Aldi, B&M and Costa.

You will need to go through a referencing process with the agency and pay a deposit of £846 and first month of rent. The bills are not included in the rent and come at extra about £150 monthly depending on the months of the year.

The room comes with the bed and 2 single wardrobes. I am also leaving some of my furniture behind, so you can have the 2m table with the chest of drawers for £70 and the rest console and bedside for free ☺️
