Can be available furnished or unfurnished. Single/semi double beds, but rooms are double sized.

House has CCTV.

Kitchen is used by all and has all the appliances, but clean after yourself.

Cleaning is shared and cleaner will come every 2 weeks. New carpet are being installed, all rooms will have new ottoman beds and new mattresses with enough storage underneath bed. New painting. The kitchen is being refurbished to a modern kitchen and one of the toilets being upgraded to a 3 piece shower room with modern fittings.
