Small double/ Spacious box room

I am moving out of the the property. Need someone to replace. The room is really good with large windows for great ventilation, inbuilt wardrobe, room private keys and both side park facing. Rent is bit negotiable. All flatmates are Hindu so no beef inside the house. 3 bed house with 2 washrooms.
