Lovely Double Room in Arnos Grove

Hi all!
I am currently moving out of my current place and looking for a girl to take my room.
The room is a double room and it is fully furnished. It comes with a big wardrobe, desk, large mirror, reading chair, chest of drawers with bookshelf and two side tables. There is also a small lamp and an iron you can use.
The broadband router is also in this room. I work at home currently so the house is suitable for other individuals who also work from the house.
The room is located on the second floor which you will share with my amazing flatmate Maria. She is a lovely Italian girl that works in a nursery, loves music and going out but also minds her own business at home. On the same floor you will find the bathroom which has both a shower cabin with modern big shower head and a bath tub, so you have the best of both worlds.
Downstairs, you have the kitchen we all share, our flatmate Johny and the landlord Cristian. They both work a lot so we barely see them. They are a great company and we all gather often in the pub near the station.
The landlord has a senior dog, called Max, he is a 17-year-old Jack Russel who loves sleeping. In the garden we also have 4 cats at the moment who occasionally may pop in but enjoy to live in the garden.
The landlord is looking for a girl (sorry guys) at the moment to join the household. Students and professionals are welcome.
The rent per months is £650, and the deposit is also £650. We can be flexible with your move in date. I am leaving on 27th of August so anytime after that is great.
The house is located on a residential street, it is about 7-10 minutes away from Arnos Grove tube station. The park is literally at the back of the house so it takes 2 minutes to reach. There are small local shops around and big supermarkets within 20 minutes walking distance.
I love this house very much and the only reason I am leaving is that I am moving in with my partner. I have called it home for almost 2 years now and I hope you find your home here as well.
