We have a lovely single room available from 1 Feb in our house share.

There are five bedrooms plus a large shared living/dining room, two toilets, one shower and a beautiful back garden where you can have a barbecue in the summer. We also have one parking space left on the drive (however parking is first come first served between all housemates).

There are 4 working professionals currently living here, who have been here for between 2-6 years. The housemates are respectful and friendly.

We are looking for a working professional who will fit in with the current housemates. They must have the right to rent and be able to provide references.

The house is very well connected to central London - Arnos Grove tube station (on the Piccadilly line) is only about 5 mins walk away and New Southgate rail station (in to Moorgate) is about 10 mins walk. Nearest bus stops are a minute away with access to night buses. 5 mins walk to Sainsbury's and other shops. 5 mins walk to Arnos Park.
