Room available in a relaxed house w/ two musicians

We’re two working musicians in our mid–late 30s and have been living in the house for a couple of years. The house is simple and a bit rough around the edges, but for the £ we pay we feel fortunate with how reasonable our landlord is.

What matters most to us is the general atmosphere. We’re looking for someone on a similar wavelength — easy-going, considerate, and respectful of shared space. This isn’t a party house. Although we’re both musicians, we’re very mindful of noise and always keep things at a reasonable volume.

We value calm, straightforward communication and a sense of harmony at home — friendly and cordial, without pressure to socialise. If it happens naturally, great. Being from a creative or musical background would be a plus, but it’s not essential.

8-minute walk to Arnos Grove, 5 minutes to New Southgate. Close to Muswell Hill. Around 25 minutes to Oxford Circus via Piccadilly & Victoria lines. Nice local Greek shop with fresh groceries nearby

Rent £440 + bills (+/- £100)

The room is relatively small but we have a lot of storage space!

Looking for someone who can view the room January, with a potential move-in mid to late February.
