Cosy Room in Female House Share

Hi! I’m moving out at the end of my contract and looking for someone to take over my room on a new tenancy agreement.

You’d be sharing the house with two lovely girls, so we’re looking for a female tenant to keep the household all girls. The house has a cosy shared living room on the ground floor and direct access to a garden, which is really nice in warmer months. The property is professionally managed by an agency, so everything is handled properly and maintenance is straightforward.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient. Arnos Grove station is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops and essentials nearby.

The room itself is bright and airy thanks to large windows that let in loads of natural light. There’s a built-in wardrobe with great storage space. All furniture will stay as it is, apart from the desk chair and the carpet in the room.
It’s a comfortable, friendly home in a great spot, perfect for someone looking for an easygoing place to live.
