Large Room In Arnos Grove

Hey guys,

After almost 6 years of living together, our housemate is sadly leaving. So we are looking for someone to take his sunny room.

We have a good chill vibe, enjoy cooking, chilling in the living room, watching movies, going for walks around our many lovely parks. We're in our 30's now so no parties here really but if we fancy going out it's easy to get into town, we're just 12 mins away by Piccadilly line to Finsbury Park. We do pop down the pub or have a few wines occasionally! We're a bit of a geeky bunch, like gaming and game boards alike, music, etc and we get together for a house roast dinner from time to time.

It's a big house with 3 large bedrooms, you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 person. We have a big garden, although it's quite muddy at the moment! We have a livingroom, dining room and a little office. It's very quiet and neighbourly here and we know a good few of them, the older ladies do a good job at neighbourhood watch and make a great cup of tea!

The room is free around March 12th but it's flexible. It comes unfurnished but there's 2 big built in wardrobes. 5 mins walk to Arnos Grove station. Rent comes up to around £900 with bills, we do communally buy TP, dishwasher tabs, soaps etc so it does fluctuate.

You would be living with 3 of us, Silvija- florist, Ryan- works for film & commercials and Chris who is in IT but also a musician. We have a good vibe here and looking for someone who we can be a housemate and a friend!
