Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over this bright double room on a new tenancy agreement.

The rent has been paid until 27th February and I have already moved to my new place so you will only need to pay from 28th February when the new tenancy agreement starts. There is some flexibility with the dates.

You’d be sharing the house with two lovely girls, so we’re looking for a female tenant to keep the household all girls. The house has a bright shared living room on the ground floor and direct access to a garden, which is big and really nice in warmer months. The property is professionally managed by an agency, so everything is handled properly and maintenance is straightforward.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient. Arnos Grove station is 5 mins away with direct links to Covent Garden (35 mins) and Kings Cross (25 mins) and there are plenty of shops and essentials nearby.

The room itself is bright and airy thanks to large windows that let in loads of natural light. There’s a built-in wardrobe with great storage space. All furniture will stay as it is, apart from the chair and the carpet.
It’s a comfortable, friendly home in a great spot, perfect for someone looking for an easygoing place to live.
