We have an extra-large double room available from 1 April in our house share.

- The deposit is £537, and there is a £100 upfront payment (deducted from the first month's rent)

We are looking for a single, respectful, and tidy working professional who will fit in with the current housemates. They must have the right to rent and be able to provide references (landlord and employer). They will join us on a 12-month joint tenancy agreement.

There are currently 4 working professionals living here.
There are five bedrooms plus a large shared living/dining room, two toilets, one shower, and a beautiful back garden. We also have one parking space left on the drive.

The house is well connected to central London: Arnos Grove tube station (on the Piccadilly line) is only about a 5-minute walk away, and New Southgate rail station (into Moorgate) is about a 10-minute walk. Nearest bus stops are a minute away with access to night buses. 5 mins walk to Sainsbury's and other shops. 5 mins walk to Arnos Park.
