This is a great house, located just few minutes from the underground station, 20 min commute to Piccadilly Circus, with 24/7 service at the weekends, minute walking distance from shops, local park is at the bottom of the street (with tennis courts), two gyms near by and excellent transport links (buses, underground and overground). We have two rooms available ; 1 large room, with a nice armchair, wardrobe, bed and a large desk. One standard double room; furnished and quiet. The house has plenty of space, washing machine, communal kitchen and outdoor patio. This is a relaxed creative space, we like to spend time together watching movies, cooking or having catch up on our patio. Current flatmates; just one female, working professional, quiet and easy going. We are looking for someone relaxed and easy going, preferably a working professional but students also welcome.
Most bills are included (internet, water etc) but some we pay ourselves.
Double room available from 4th of December .
Extra large room available from late December/early January.
