2 rooms in shared house in Arsenal

We are looking for 2 new housemates to join us in our boujee three story house in Arsenal.

The house has four bedrooms and is only a 1 minute walk from Arsenal station or less than 10 mins from Finsbury Park and Drayton Park. We have a shared kitchen (you will be sharing a fridge/freezer with one other, we have 2 and yes, we have a dishwasher!), utility room and dining room/living room with a patio out the back which is a lovely sun trap in summer and will be used for barbeques and occasional cocktail time if that's something you're interested in.

There are 2 double rooms. The larger is on the first floor and is fully furnished with a small double bed, decent sized wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet, and with a bathroom across the hall with a bath/shower in, and is primarily for the use of this room. The other smaller room is on the 2nd floor, and is furnished similarly, with a bathroom + shower that is shared with the other 2nd floor room. There is another bathroom/utility on the ground floor which also houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

Bills aren't included but come to around £70 per month. They are slightly more once a quarter when the water bill comes in, the landlady will bill you for this herself.

Internet and TV license are £15/month. We split any household items like cleaning products and the like on a shared basis. We each clean the shared areas (living room / kitchen / utility) around once a month.

Currently living in the flat are two relaxed and tidy professionals. Sadly two flatmates have recently moved out into a place of their own, and we are now looking for two more to join the house. If there's anyone looking with a friend that would be nice but not required. We are all pretty busy and independent but we do love an occasional dinner and evening in together watching TV with a drink in hand - nice to be able to have a good chinwag about Netflix shows over a glass of wine, right?!

We are looking for two friendly professionals to join us. Would be great if you're game for the odd house dinner together please, but also be able to be clean and tidy.
