Single Bedroom (double bed) in Arsenal

THE ROOM
Cosy room on the ground floor. The room comes furnished with a large bed, a wardrobe, a chair and a chest of drawers. Ideal as a cosy gateway.

THE FLAT:

The FLAT:
There is a nice kitchen, a dinning room, a small garden (with a barbecue), a small but functional bathroom, separate toilets. We have a washing machine and a dryer.

THE FLATMATES:
It is a 5 person flat. The 4 flatmates you will have are friendly, tidy, clean and quiet. Ioan is Romanian and is studying aging cell processes at UCL. Olmo is Italian and is also studying at UCL, in biology. Valerio is Italian and loves cooking, while Gil comes from Switzerland and is a chef.

AVAILABILITY:
The room is available mid-December. Ideally, you'd move in on 14th December but dates are quite flexible. The agency only accepts contracts until September. Of course you can easily find a replacement for the room whenever you wish and move out earlier. The agency can help you find a replacement, with a cost. They’re nice and not picky which is rare in London.

The AREA:
A two-floored apartment 4 minute walk away from Arsenal tube station (one the Picadilly line). Post code is N5 1Tr

The PRICE:
The room is priced at £650 per month. Deposit is one month of rent. The agency has been professional throughout my stay. For example, we needed them to change the washing machine at one point, and they did it fast. Charges are 150 pounds at the beginning at the contract and there are no other fees (administration, check out,...)
